The calm behind the party.
Àríyá runs the logistics of a Nigerian celebration: who is invited, who replied, where they sit, and which vendors still owe you something. Hosts and planners see the same live headcount, and guests only ever see their own invitation.

- Upload your guest listImport a spreadsheet or paste names and numbers. Missing details and duplicates are flagged before anything is saved.
- Send personal linksEach guest gets their own link by WhatsApp, SMS or email, and a confirmation email when they reply.

Know who is coming.
Your guest list is the source of truth. Every guest carries a status — confirmed, pending or declined — plus their party size and table, so the headcount is always people, not just names.

A table never takes more people than it has chairs. Full tables show as full before you assign anyone.

Ushers look guests up by name and see their table instantly. Arrivals tick off against the same list you planned with, so the headcount stays honest from first dance to last.

Pay per event. No subscription.
Small gatherings of up to 20 guest invitations are free. Anything bigger takes one Celebration Pass of ₦50,000 per event — planners pay the same pass for each client event they run.

Do guests need an app?
No. Each guest opens their personal link in any phone browser and replies in a tap.
Can planners use it for several clients?
Yes. Planners use the same Celebration Pass, charged per client event, so you only pay for the events you run.
What happens when a table is full?
Àríyá will not seat more people than a table has chairs, and shows how many seats are left before you assign anyone.
